Appointments, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Essential Information:

We ask all new clients to complete a Client Registration Form so that we can save your details for future reference. This is to gather relevant clinical information about you to assess your suitability for treatments.

We collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. This information is used to keep you up to date with new services and developments, confirm your appointments and to provide you with important pre and post care information.

Please notify the clinic of any changes to your contact details including name changes, address, mobile number and email. This will help the clinic to get any necessary or important information to you.

Appointments can be made in a number of ways:

  • Online Complimentary consultations can be booked online via email/web inquiry
  •  In Person at the clinic
  • By Telephone on 02890603222 ext:2

We do try to keep to time. Please aim to arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for parking and checking in. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our treatments cannot be rushed, but you will still be charged for the full appointment.

If treatment is refused, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. Or in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited. During our peak periods, the clinic may request a small deposit for highvalue treatments & courses appointments and, once the appointment has been attended, this amount will be deducted from your total treatment cost.

Whilst we all love children, in the interest of health and safety, children cannot accompany patients in the treatment rooms or in the clinic waiting area as children cannot be supervised by staff. Thank you for your understanding.

Policies for Laser and body Treatments

Policies that you should be aware of:
Before you book, please be aware that:

Full medical history must be provided and consent form must be signed before any treatment can be carried out.
Laser treatment can only be given to those aged 18 and over.

Laser cannot be carried out on those who are pregnant. If you become pregnant during a course of sessions with us, we will pause your treatments so you can resume after pregnancy. If you wish to have a refund, please refer to our refund policy.

Treatment can be resumed from at least 3 months after delivery.

There are certain restrictions with medication and laser treatment, please bring details of any medication you are on to your consultation.

Laser Treatments:

Laser hair removal cannot be carried out if you have a tattoo on the area you wish to be treated as this will react to the laser and cause burns.
It is up to you to follow precautionary and post treatment care.

We have the right to refuse treatment if you: have a recent sun tan, or have used any products on the area of skin which is to be treated. Treatment sessions will be lost if you turn up to the session and have not followed the guidelines.

Care instructions are given at your initial patch test and consultation.

The instruction sheets you can also find on our website pages. It’s extremely important to follow guidelines to make sure you and your treatments are safe. This is a joint effort between you and our medical laser technicians.

If you are concerned about anything regarding your treatment you can contact us straight away and we will be happy to help.
